A quick guided meditation for protection. Visualise and create a powerful shield of light around your energy field before you expose yourself to any low vibe environment.

It’s a great practice to do this meditation before you step out of your house, before meeting someone, or even before heading out into a journey. Whenever you feel the need to protect yourself from anything but the highest, positive vibrations.

An important meditation for healers, activists and empaths to follow regularly. It can be completed in a matter of minutes, or even seconds once you start practicing it.

Hello, welcome to a meditation episode of The Feel Good Factor. I’m your host, Susmitha Veganosaurus. And I’m so glad you could join me here today.

Activating your protective shield regularly will keep you safe from all unwanted energies. This meditation can be done either as soon as you wake up in the morning, or at any time during the day, before you step out of the house, before you step into a meeting, anytime at all during the day, when you feel a need to protect yourself.

Close your eyes.

You can either stand or sit comfortably.

Take a deep breath, and release it through your mouth.

Once again, breathe in through your nose, and release it through your mouth.

And one more time, slowly and gently, breathe in, breathe out.

Picture yourself in a beautiful, glorious golden white ball of light.

This ball of light surrounds you completely. It’s shining and glowing, bright and strong.

Now invite any of your gods, gurus, guardian angels, any one or any number of them, to energise this ball of light, and protect you throughout the day.

Set the intention that only energies of the highest vibrations can enter this shield. And know that only the energies of highest vibration can exit this shield too.

This beautiful golden ball of light protects you, heals you and cleanses you throughout the day.

And now, step out into the world with confidence, knowing that you’re protected. And feel free to reactivate, reinforce this beautiful shield of protective energy as many times as you like throughout the day.

At the end of the day, before you go to bed, thank this shield for protecting you, and thank the higher beings who have reinforced it.
