Transcript: Love Your Body Meditation

Body love meditation. This is a meditation to help you appreciate and love your body.

Close your eyes. Sit or lie down comfortably. Relax completely, take a few deep breaths, and release them slowly. Now allow your breath to be natural.

Listen to these affirmations. You don’t have to repeat them. Just listen to them and feel them.

I love my body. I love my body. I love my body.
I’m not my body, but I love my body.
This body is my home. This body is a precious gift to me.
I love my body.
This body is my temple.
I reside in this body, and I love my body.

I nourish my body. I cherish my body.
I appreciate this beautiful, amazing body that I have.
My body is precious.
My body can heal itself. My body is a miracle.
I love my body, my home, my temple.
I nourish my body. I take care of my body.

I appreciate and I’m grateful for my body.
This magical body that I have been gifted.
My body is beautiful in its own unique way.
It’s unlike any other body in this world.
My precious, precious body.
I’m so grateful for every atom, every cell.
I’m so grateful for the blood coursing through my veins.
For the signals passing through my nerves.
I’m so grateful for every magical part of my body.

I cherish my body.
I take gentle, loving care of my body.
I love my body. My precious unique body.
I nourish my body. I cherish my body.
I’m so grateful that I get to live and experience life in this amazing magical body.My body is a gift. My body, every part of it, is a miracle.
It’s absolutely magical.

I mindfully allow only whatever is good to enter my body.
The food that I eat, the information that I consume, I only allow energy, people, vibrations, only the highest of them all, to come anywhere near my body.

I care for my body. I love my body.

Now take a deep breath in, completely fill your lungs, and then slowly exhale completely. And once you’re done, rub your palms together. And still with your eyes closed, gently touch yourself with tender loving care, with the utmost love, from your head to your toes.
